This stylish 281 Brushed Black coloured frame in its modern shade has a wide and flat surface making it robust at 28mm wide and 16mm deep giving any image good impact. Sizes up to 10" by 12" have strut backs so you can place on a table as well as hang on the wall. 281 Brushed Black has a stylish linear lined brush stroke finish and is good value B price category as it is wide at 28mm with a 16mm depth. The stylish even black finish gives real depth to the wooden frame base. Working well framing black and white photographs, prints and etchings, the frame works equally well with colourful images making a real statement. A great gallery frame this profile is also a popular choice for contract framing. This fashionable shape is strong and is able to support all of our image sizes up to the largest ones of 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 sizes.
To compliment the image further we manufacture conservation quality mounts in a broad range of shades, in two depths 1.4mm and 2.4mm and as double mounts; simply select and add to your order, or choose one of our multi aperture mount combinations that will frame a mix of pictures, photos or collections; alternatively by purchasing a group of frames a modern gallery wall can be created by grouping the pictures together on one wall.
We have two other black options in our 281 range, black has a smooth clean finish and we also offer a natural grain finish. Black being one of the most popular colours features in most of our ranges, if you are looking for other black options search by colour and enter black and you will see all available options in different depths, textures, widths, profiles and price points. 281 has a full range of colours in the range, a design full of great interior shades.
We use high quality float glass, and also offer the alternative of shatterproof styrene to reduce weight in larger frames a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait . Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
