Our contemporary 281 Cream wooden frame has a soft grain finish enabling it to work well with a wide variety of images. Photographs, sea and landscapes, also working well with certificates and is appropriate for contract framing, it is also a popular choice for the wedding market.
This cream frame compliments the trend for painted furniture and softer colouring within modern interiors. This frame has a wide flat face giving impact to any image, it measures 28mm wide by 16mm deep making it substantial enough to frame larger pictures up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 as well as being a perfect option for all our frame sizes. Adding one of our conservation quality mounts that are available in a wide variety of colours would further compliment any image giving it more impact. Our mounts come in two depths 1.4mm and 2.4mm and as double mounts, they are also available in a multi aperture configuration enabling the display of a group of images or photographs together in one frame, a similar effect can be achieved by pulling together a number of frames to create a display in a gallery style on a single wall or along a staircase.
We offer cream in a variety of widths, profiles and finishes in many of our ranges, searching by colour will allow you to view all the options together and at different price points. Our stylish 281 is available in twenty one other shades including pale options such as white, brushed white and grain white.
We use high quality float glass and also offer the alternative of shatterproof styrene to reduce weight in larger frames, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
