Our exclusive Milano Black which has an open grain finish on the wooden frame. The profile falls into our A price band making it very good value as it is a wider frame in this price category at 20mm wide by 15mm deep.
The profile is modern with a wide flat area stepping neatly down to the inner edge. This clean lined black frame with a contemporary shape is great for photography, particularly black and white perfect for paintings, prints, certificates and contract framing.
We offer black options in most of our ranges as it is one of our most popular colours, to see all the designs available search by colour, you will be able to view different widths, depths, textures, finishes and price points. This frame works well in all sizes but is substantial enough for larger frames up to 20"x24" 500x700mm and A2.
The image can be further enhanced by adding one of our conservation quality mounts that we have in two depths which are 1.4mm and 2.4mm, also as double mounts, in a wide spectrum of colours. The mounts are also manufactured in a multi aperture format enabling the grouping of several images within one frame. This look can also be achieved by grouping a range of frames and images together on a wall in a fashionable gallery display either on a single wall or lining a staircase.
We use high quality float glass, and have an option of shatterproof styrene, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait style. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece as well. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
