Our Medium Silver is a distinctive wooden frame, is a fashion classic which works equally well with contemporary or traditional images. The finish is a beautifully brushed soft texture; the outside of the frame features a wide flat surface that moves to a raised row and slopes down to the inner edge, the raised line and linear inner are burnished with gold to highlight the detail further. A substantial frame at 30mm wide and 14mm deep it enhances more formal imagery, works well with paintings, prints and rich photography.
This frame is excellent value as it falls within our price point C and is a wider frame giving images more emphasis, this stunning frame is also available in gold. We also offer pewter in some ranges which is a darker white metal colour. This frame can accommodate sizes up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1. To strengthen pictures and give even more prominence to this sophisticated frame select one of our conservation quality mounts which are offered in a wide range of colours, come in two depths and as double mounts; we also offer multi aperture mounts which facilitate a number of images within an individual frame. This can also be achieved by creating a gallery wall by grouping images and frames together in one area.
We use high quality float glass and also offer the alternative option of shatterproof styrene to reduce weight in larger frames, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait style. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece as well. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
