Our rich 401 Chocolate wooden frame has a realistic but subtle grain appearance with levels of rich tones to give depth to this wide popular wooden frame. This finish and rich colour, was designed to reflect interiors moving back to brown tones and as it is a natural colour it would a good option for framing landscape photographs and paintings.
The flat and very wide profile is substantial and is excellent value in our C price band, it measures 40mm wide by 17mm deep and is a popular choice for larger frames, accommodating sizes up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 sizes.
To give an image more prominence we offer a wide range of shades in our conservation quality mount collection, these come in two different thicknesses and as double mounts. Within our collection we have multi aperture mounts allowing the display of several images together in multiple configurations; another option would be to create a fashionable gallery wall using different frames and images grouped together. We use high quality float glass, we also offer the alternative option of shatterproof styrene to reduce weight in larger frames, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
