Our 281 Urban Gold has a rich metallic finish and tonal layers of gold on the wooden frame. The lustre of this frame is excellent for all framing requirements, reflecting the interior trend for gold accessories, it enhances photos, paintings, prints, all artwork including rich tonal works, landscapes and seascapes.
The profile is flat and wide and is good value falling in our B price category. It measures 28mm wide by 16mm deep that works with all our frame sizes and is a popular choice for larger images as it accommodates sizes up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 sizes.
We also offer a conservation quality mount collection to enhance images and frames, these are available in two different thicknesses 1.4mm and 2.4mm and as double mounts. We make multi aperture mounts which allow the display of a variety of images together in one frame in a choice of configurations, as another option consider creating a fashionable gallery wall using different frames and images grouped together on a single wall or lining a staircase.
This sophisticated frame comes in several other colours including further metallic options with two gold shades soft gold and champagne. We use high quality float glass, we also offer the alternative option of shatterproof styrene to reduce weight in larger frames, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
