Our Wide Distressed Black frame is an impactful detailed shabby chic style. There are several linear lines leading down to the inner frame.  This is a very substantial frame which is 50 mm wide and 30mm deep which enhances more casual imagery and works well with paintings and prints and photography. The edge of the frame is shaped which gives added interest when viewed from the side. This frame falls into our price group F because of its size and detail and would give any image real prominence and it is also offered in white. We use high quality float glass particularly important on larger frames but we also offer shatterproof styrene to reduce the weight, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
