Our Portico Gold wooden frame adds a touch of elegance and glamour to all images, photographs, artwork and prints. It is also a good option to make the most of certificates and give them prominence. The stylish and intricate leaf design has a gleaming gilded finish and slopes gently from the outer edge of the frame to the centre, the side of the frame is milled out which gives additional interest when viewed from the side. This distinctive frame is strong enough and can accommodate image sizes up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 sizes.
To further compliment pictures and give them further prominence consider selecting from our conservation quality mounts which come in a broad spectrum of colours, we offer them in two depths, as double mounts and we also offer different configurations of multi aperture openings which support the display of a group of images within the same frame. Or to achieve a similar effect create a gallery wall by grouping a number of frames and images together.
We use high quality float glass particularly important on larger frames but we also offer styrene to reduce the weight, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
