This Soft Scoop Black frame has a softly scooped out wide profile, a substantial frame with a 20mm depth and a 30mm width. Sizes up to 10" by 12" have strut backs so the frame can be placed on a table as well as hung on the wall we use cobras (our hanging mechanism) on the hardboard backing which means it is ready to be hung vertically or horizontally.

Soft Scoop Black is one of our best selling styles, it has a sloping wide profile and is a stylish option for the modern home. The frame is an exclusive design has an open grain finish which highlights the natural texture of this wooden frame. This is a very substantial frame at 30mm wide and 20mm deep and is great value as it falls into our price point B and can enhance large imagery but it also works well with smaller pictures. This frame is a popular choice for black and white photography, paintings and prints but works well with most imagery.
This contemporary frame is available in six other colours, white, cream, grey, sage and taupe. Black features in many of our ranges as it is one of the most popular colours because of it's versatility, to see other black styles, search by black to see all available designs, depths, widths, profiles, textures, finishes and price points. This design is distinctive and substantial and can frame images up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 sizes.
To give more impact to this sophisticated frame and the image consider selecting one of our conservation quality mounts; these come in an extensive range of colours, in two depths, as double mounts and we also make a multi aperture option, allowing the display of a number of images in the same frame, for family groupings, collections and any mix of pictures. This idea can also be achieved by grouping images and frames to make a gallery wall or line a staircase.
We use high quality float glass particularly important on larger frames but we also offer shatterproof styrene to reduce the weight, a substantial hardboard with the attribute of being able to hang on the wall either in landscape or portrait. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
