This 401 Black frame is an all time favourite with its premium flat wide profile and is perfect for the stylish home. It is 40mm wide by 17mm deep and sizes up to 10" by 12" have strut backs so the frame can be placed on a table as well as hung on the wall. Our popular 401 Black matt smooth wooden frame is particularly appropriate for statement art and photographs. The profile is very wide at 40mm wide by 17mm deep and can facilitate sizes up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1 sizes. This frame as a colour enhances so many images and is an excellent contemporary choice, it is a good option for photography and works well with black and white, photos, etchings, paintings and prints.
This distinctive frame will emphasise any artwork and teaming it with one of our  conservation quality mounts which are available in a broad spectrum of colours, allows pairing with colours within the picture. They come in two depths, as double mounts and we offer a multi aperture version which facilitates the display of a number of images within the same frame. As this is a wide frame it can be used in a large size combining many images of friends and family memories or a perfect place for displaying collections. Another fashionable option can be achieved by grouping a large number of images and frames in a gallery format and arranging them on a single wall or as is popular on a staircase wall. Smaller sizes have strut backs enabling them to be stood on a table or mantelpiece. For protection each frame has cardboard corners and is shrink wrapped to keep clean and dust free.
