This stylish 281 Black coloured frame in a modern shade has a wide, flat and smooth surface making it robust at 28mm wide and 16mm deep giving any image good impact. This popular 281 Black matt smooth wooden frame is one of our best sellers, particularly working well with statement art and photographs. The profile is very wide at 28mm by 16mm deep and can accommodate sizes up to 20"X30", 700X1000mm and A1. This frame in the rich black tone enhances so many images and is a strong contemporary choice, it is a good option for black and white photography, images, etchings, paintings and prints.
This versatile frame will enhance any artwork; teaming it with our conservation quality mounts that are available in a broad range of colours which allows a specific choice to flatter. Our mounts are offered in two depths, 1.4mm and 2.4mm as well as double mounts and we also offer a multi aperture option which facilitates the grouping of a number of images within the same frame. As this is a substantial frame it can be used in a large size taking in a lot of images of friends and family together, mixing memories or would be a perfect option for displaying collections together. As another fashionable option consider creating a gallery concept by grouping a variety of frames and images on a single wall or lining a staircase.
This substantial style falls into price point B so is great value for such a wide profile. It is also offered in twenty other colours including two alternative black finishes, a brushed black with parallel lined brush marks and grain black, which shows the natural grain of the wood through the finish.
